A Kids Art Market is about much more than selling handmade things. It is a small, meaningful space where children can practise being brave, creative, and proud of what they can make.

Kids will bring their ideas into the world: colourful artwork, baked goods, treasures, signs, inventions, and creations that began at a kitchen table, on a bedroom floor, or in a burst of imagination. They will decide what to make, how to display it, what to charge, and how to welcome people to their table.

Along the way, they get to practise two precious life skills:

• Resilience: trying something new, feeling nervous, making mistakes, adapting, and trying again.

• Creativity: imagining possibilities, solving little problems, making choices, and turning an idea into something real.

They build confidence  from discovering: I can have an idea, work on it, share it, and survive the wobbly parts too.

And for families, it is a chance to witness that growth together.
